House, late C16. 1 storey and attics. Timber-framed and plastered.
Plaintiled roof with C19 gabled casement dormer, and axial chimneys of red
brick. C19 small-pane casements and a sash window. C20 panelled door.
Unmoulded exposed framing and wind-braced clasped purlin roof of c.1600;
possibly built as one house with No.65 The Street. An outshut and a gabled
wing were added to rear in C18. In c19 the house was part of a terrace of 3
almshouses.
