Pair of estate cottages. Plaque shows 1897 and Shuttleworth emblem.
Colourwashed roughcast render over brick with some applied timber framing.
Half-hipped clay tile root with bands of fishscale tiles. 4-room plan, one
storey and attics. Ground floor has 4 3-light casements, attic has 4 gabled
dormers with 2-light casements. All windows with glazing bars. 2 plank doors
in simple surrounds. Central ridge stack with 4 Tudor style pots. Decorative
ridge cresting with finials. Included for group value.
