Small estate cottage. Plaque shows 1881 and Shuttleworth emblem. Yellow
brick with red brick dressings. Clay tile roof with terracotta ridge cresting
and finials. Small rectangular block with gable projecting to S and gabled
open porch projecting to N. Single storey. W elevation has 3-light cast iron
lattice casement window under cambered head. Large Tudor style ridge stack
with embattled top and fleur-de-lys decoration.
