Circa 1840. Small villa. Two storeys stucco faced. Low pitch hipped
slate roof, shallow eaves cornice. Three windows centre one blind,
recessed, sash, glazing bars, block sills. First floor East bay
window of three lights, sash, glazing bars, Doric pilasters, frieze
and cornice, stepped apron. Central recessed door, panelled and
glazed, flanked by narrow panelled pilasters, cornice over. Largely
concealed by gabled timber porch. Single storey wing of one window
and round headed doorway to East, lean-to slate roof and stepped wall
to front with coping.
Nos 35 to 39 (consec) form a group.
