House, now commercial premises. c1840. Roughcast; slate roof; three brick ridge stacks. Double-depth, symmetrical central-staircase plan. Two storeys, four window range. All windows are six/six-pane sashes. Projecting porch with cornice; double doors and overlight. Projecting eaves with brackets.
