House. C16 with early C20 restoration and rear addition.
Timber-framed and plastered, peg-tiled roof. Plan rectangular.
2 storeys. Front, W elevation: continuous jetty with C20 bold
projecting panels of combed pargetting. Jetty details not
exposed. 2 window range, ground floor, N-S, passageway to rear
with simple boarded door with overlight. Within passage,
present C20 house street door, 2 upper glazed panels, boarded
lower panel. Street elevation has C20 blocked boarded house
door, C20 window adjacent, 2-light casement with central
stile, glazing bars, 4x3 panes, second similar blocked door
and window. First floor, 2 C20 casement windows with glazing
bars, one 2-light, 4x3 panes one 3-light 6x3 panes. Central
stack behind roof apex. Rear, E elevation: 2 storey, flat
roofed rear addition, rendered with sponge decoration and C20
details. 2 window range, ground floor, N-S, passageway to
street, 4 panelled door, upper panels glazed and adjacent one
single-light casement window. Large 3-light picture window,
glazing bars, 3x3 panes. First floor, 2 similar 2-light
casement windows, glazing bars, 4x3 panes.
