Small town house. c1809. Local freestone ashlar front; slate
roof with brick end stacks. Double-depth plan with 1 room at
the front. 2 storeys; 2-window range to front. Plinth;
first-floor sill string and mutules under eaves soffit;
round-arched doorway, on the left, with 6-panel door and
spoked fanlight. Shallow segmental arches over wide openings
with late C19/C20 tripartite horned sashes with glazing bars
to ground-floor central light only. INTERIOR: front room has
moulded and carved plaster ceiling cornice and band, otherwise
not inspected.
