Town house. c1805. By John Barker, builder. Dressed coursed
local stone with freestone arches; dry Delabole slate roof
with 2 hipped dormers and brick end stacks. Double-depth plan.
2 storeys; symmetrical 3-window front. Central round-arched
doorway with 6-panel door and spoked fanlight. Shallow
segmental arches with projecting keyblocks over original
hornless sashes with glazing bars. INTERIOR not inspected but
likely to be of interest.
