Town house. Early C19. Painted rubble with timber lintels and
granite sills; asbestos slate roof with brick end stack on
right; cast-iron ogee gutter. Double-depth plan. 2 storeys;
nearly symmetrical 2-window front. Late C19 four-pane horned
sashes; central original 6-panel door set in heavy frame with
overlight and approached by 3 granite steps; 2-pane overlight.
