Town house. Early/mid C19. Killas rubble with granite
dressings; dry slate roof with brick end stacks; cast-iron
ogee gutter. Double-depth plan. 2 storeys; nearly-symmetrical
3-window front. Late C19 four-pane horned sashes except for
central round-arched window with fixed light with fanlight
head; pilastered doorway with coved brackets to plain hood
with pendants; 4-panel door and overlight. INTERIOR not
inspected. One of a good C19 row.
