Unequal pair of small town houses, one probably a former shop.
Early C19. Killas rubble with granite dressings; slatehanging
on studwork to most of 1st floor with decorative frieze,
cornice and panels; dry slate roof to No.62 (left), original
scantle slate roof to No.60. Double-depth plan, each with one
room to front. 2 storeys; 3-window range. Blind window over
pair of doorways, slightly right of centre; 62 with mid/late
C19 four-pane hornless sash over wider late C19 tripartite
sash; C20 partly-glazed doors and C20 large-pane windows to
60. Included for group value.
