Farmhouse, later house and cottage in row. C17. Granite and
killas rubble rendered to No.72; dry slate roof to 74 (left),
asbestos slate to 72; rendered rubble end stacks and rear
lateral stack; cast-iron ogee gutter. Single-depth plan;
originally probably a 3-window range. C20 six-pane horned
sashes except for late C19 sash to 1st floor of 74; C20 partly
glazed door to 74; late C19 four-panel door, with later glazed
top panels to 72; stucco or rendered plinth, string and
surrounds to openings. INTERIOR of 74 when inspected c1980
retained chamfered oak end of lateral fireplace lintel of
fireplace mostly in 72.
