Town house. Probably late C18. Brick front with granite ashlar
plinth, granite keyblocks to flat brick arches and rusticated
granite quoins; steep asbestos slate roof; rendered end
stacks; weatherboarded wing at rear. U-shaped plan including
3-storey rear extensions. 2 storeys; symmetrical 3-window
front. C20 sixteen-pane hornless sashes; central original
open-pedimented pilastered doorway with panelled reveals and
6-panel door. INTERIOR: not inspected but likely to be of
interest.
