Town house. C17, remodelled C18. Local rubble with flat
granite, arches to ground floor; steep dry slate roof.
Double-depth plan including rear outshuts, deeper to rear
right. 2 storeys; symmetrical 3-window front. C20 tripartite
horned sashes flanking narrow 4-pane sash over C18 six-panel
door with fielded panels except for 2 top panels with later
glazing. INTERIOR: C18 features include closed-string
staircase with closed string and turned balusters;
ovolo-moulded dado panelling to entrance passage; 2-panel
doors, with fielded panels to 3 doors to 1st floor. Late C18
chimneypiece to rear right-hand room space is from another
house.
