Town house, now subdivided. Mid C18. Pebbledash on rubble,
stucco band; steep dry slate roof with modillion eaves
cornice; brick end stack on left and rendered brick lateral
stack with old pots to rear left. Single-depth plan plus deep
wing at rear left, shallow-depth wing on right. 2 storeys;
symmetrical 3-window front. C20 horned sashes with glazing
bars, all tripartite sashes except 2-pane sash over central
doorway with moulded architrave and open pediment. INTERIOR:
C18 straight flight staircase with closed string, moulded
handrail, newel caps and turned balusters. Said to retain
original roof structure.
