GV II
House. Mid-C18, restored late C20. Coursed rubble faced in brick with
slate roof. L-plan, with limbs extending to west and north. Main stack
in angle between wings. South front: two storeys on cellar; two windows,
3-light casements under segmental heads with stone sills. The ground floor
casements of taller proportions. The entrance has segmental metal canopy
supported on trellised sides, the upper two panels of the six-panel door
are glazed and it is approached by three brick steps. Cellar window in
plinth to left is louvred. Interior has some exposed ceiling beams.
