House. "EPH 1740" (Pierpoint) on tablet above door. Flemish
bond brick with slate roof. 3-unit 2-storey plan. Door
between bays 1 and 2 has semi-circular arch above recessed
brick panel. Each floor has 2, 3 and 3-light horizontally
sliding casement windows below cambered brick arches on the
ground floor and segmental on the first. 3 ridge chimney
stacks. Rendered sides. Interior said to have fielded 6-
panel doors with H hinges and a staircase with turned
balusters, closed string and square newels.
