Detached house. Circa 1830. Brick; pyramid roof of Welsh slate. Double depth
plan with stair to rear of central entrance hall. Two storeys. Symmetrical
3-window range to front; 12-pane hornless sash windows throughout with sills and
stucco lintels; central doorway with aedicule (engaged Doric columns);
fanlight with glazing bars. Half-glazed door. Side walls with double stacks and
hornless sash windows. Rear with 19-pane round headed stair window and casement
windows in original openings. Interior not inspected but understood to contain
contemporary stair and fireplaces; internal panelled shutters and other
joinery.
