Cottage, probably former outbuilding to Old Traine and West Cottage (qv). C19. Rubble, slate roofs. A small building at south end of The Pound House (qv), but free-standing. Single storey and attic, five two-light casements to segmental heads, door to right end. South end has glazed conservatory under a two-light casement to segmental head. Included for group value.
