Farmhouse, hind's cottage and farm buildings. Late C18/early C19. Sandstone
rubble ground floor and rendered brick first floor to house; cottage sandstone
rubble with some brick; both with ashlar dressings; farm buildings rubble. Welsh
slate roof on farmhouse and farmbuildings, concrete tiles on hind's cottage.
Farmhouse: 2 storeys, 4 windows. Central hardboard-covered door and 4-paned
overlight flanked by sash windows with glazing bars; flat stone lintels and
projecting stone sills. 4 first-floor windows in similar style. End brick
chianeys.Hind's cottage at left 2 storeys, 2 bays and one-storey, one-bay
extension. Renewed house door and ground-floor sash windows. Two horizontal
sliding sash windows above. Flat stone lintels to all openings and projecting
stone sills to windows. 2 ridge brick chimneys. Farm building to right of
farmhouse has thin wood lintels to hit-and miss openings.
