Milestone. C18 or early C19. Stone, flat triangular section, part submerged in
embankment. Inscribed: To Kingsbridge 1; To Dartmouth 13 Totnes 11. The stone
has been painted, and the inscription picked out in black on white, but letter-
ing is also incised, in bucolic lower case and caps.
