1901, by Charles Spooner, architect. Lance Wren style house. Two storeys and attic. Main front has two large non-projecting gables with attic windows and an off-centre two storeyed gabled projecting block with ground floor arches forming a simple open porch on its east side. Casements with square leaded lights, some with mullion/transoms, taller on the ground floor. West side single storeyed wing (Vicarage Cottage). Eastern gable has tile hanging and a casement attic window,then a bold two storeyed segmental bay window with stone framing. Rear elevation of equal quality. Red tile roofing, diagonal grouped chimneys on rectangular bases. Red brick walling in English bond. Forecourt wall and piers.
