Probably early C19. Three storeys in red brick with graduated slate roof.
Eaves board with small brackets. Two sash windows without glazing bars to
second floor. Two windows at first floor in cases with pulvinate friezes and
moulded cornices, now of one fixed modern light. Ground floor shop front has
traces of C19 wood case. Arched passage entry to South. Rear extension red
brick with hipped pantile roof, visible from Lairgate.
