House. C17, altered late C20. Timber-framed with painted brick infill and replacement walling, and plain tiled roof. Two framed bays aligned roughly north/south; external rubble chimney with tiled offsets, brick stack and circular rubble bread oven adjoins to north-east. Single storey and attic.
Framing: three panels from sill to wall-plate, collar and tie-beam truss with two struts and V-strut above collar at north end. West front elevation: there are three C20 square leaded casements on the ground floor. Main entrance to right has a C20 door. Attic light at north end. Large C20 intersecting brick wing adjoins south end. It has a three-light casement on the ground floor and attic levels at the west gable end, and in the angle with the original part is a C20 hipped roofed timber porch with brick panels.
