House, mid C16 with early C19 alterations. Two storeys. Four windows. Timber-framed and roughcast. Pantiled roof; an axial chimney, the shaft rebuilt in C19 red brick. Mid C20 casements; one 3-light C16 diamond mullioned window exposed and glazed. C20 pantiled gabled entrance porch with boarded and battened door. Heavy mid C16 framing members exposed; close-studding with arch windbracing. A bridging beam with broad chamfer, broach-stopped. A queenpost roof, with jowled posts and square-set purlins over the left hand cell; this was virtually rebuilt at a lower pitch in C19. The right hand block, also of C16 origin, was of 1 1/2 storeys until C19. A large central C16 chimney of orange brick with altered back-to-back open fireplaces.
