This photograph was taken in April 2010 at the completion of the renovation of the exterior render. During 2009 & 2010 the concrete pebble dash coating covering the building was removed and a new lime mortar render applied over hard wood laths. During this process the opportunity to insulate the property was taken using treated and processed sheep’s wool, the life expired mid 1930’s and 1970.s soft wood windows were removed in favour of the present oiled Oak casements and lead light glazing.
