Later C19
Terraced house in painted stucco with slate eaves roof and left-end brick stack. Flat eaves. Two-storey two-window range of 12-pane sashes with door to ground floor right in early C20 glazed timber porch. Stucco quoins to left angle, stucco window surrounds with keystones. Originally detached from No 18 to left, but now linked by door to through passage.
Possibly contemporary with the hotel, and retaining original small-paned windows.
