History

Not marked on 1847 Tithe Map. Later C19.

Exterior

House in unpainted roughcast with stucco dressings, slate roof and two red brick stacks. Flat eaves. Two-storey three-window range with original hornless 12-pane sashes and centre half-glazed door in early C20 timber glazed porch with flat corniced roof. Unpainted stucco channelled pilasters, plinth, sillband and window surrounds with keystones. Roughcast S end wall with loft light. Raised on terrace with roughcast retaining wall to street.

No 17 retains original glazing and a typical New Quay timber porch.
