Mid to later C19.
House in painted roughcast and stucco with slate roof and rendered end stacks; two-storey three-window front of hornless 12-pane sashes with stucco surrounds and keystones. Centre early C20 timber corniced porch with glazed sides and chamfered piers, door within has original small-paned overlight. Stucco quoins, plinth and sill band. Flat eaves with brackets.
Listed as a good example of typical New Quay late Georgian style house, with original windows, and early C20 porch, also typical of New Quay. Not marked on 1847 Tithe Map.
