1852? Early Victorian. 2-storey asymmetrical detached gabled
villa, snecked rubble canted bay through both floors to
right, corbelled to square; advanced gabled section to left
with bipartites. 1-window at centre, consoled doorpiece,
slated roof. Flanking screen walls.
Part of Kings Park Conservation Area group. This area is
an outstanding early to late Victorian villa development with
remarkably few later additions.
