Description

Early Victorian. Symmetrical 2-storey semi-detached villa,
each 2-window main block with lower set-back, 2-storey
1-window wing. Main block has broad inner bays comprising
ground floor canted bays with pierced parapets and arched and
keyblocked bipartites in rectangular frames above; outer bays
narrow and slightly recessed, square-column angle recessed
porches; keyblocked window above: upper windows of wings
arched and keyblocked. Coursed rubble raised margins, slated
piended roofs.

Statement of Interest

Part of Kings Park Conservation Area group. This area is

an outstanding early to late Victorian villa development with

remarkably few later additions.
