Dated 1864, <>t asymmetrical right hand section, main part
probably slightly earlier. Main part symmetrical 2-storey
canted bays, central Roman Doric pilastered doorpiece with
cavetto splay and window above, right-hand section 2 window,
left-hand windows bipartite gabled at first floor with date.
Coursed rubble, piended slated roof.
Part of Kings Park Conservation Area group. This area is
an outstanding early to late Victorian villa development with
remarkably few later additions.
