Mid Victorian. 2-storey symmetrical rubble-built villa,
3-window 2 ground floor canted bays, bipartites above,
doorpiece stilted depressed pointed arch on nook shafts with
early French capitals, stop-chamfered openings, piended
dormer heads. Slated roof.
Short flanking screen walls with pointed arched doorway on
left.
Part of Kings Park Conservation Area group. This area is
an outstanding early to late Victorian villa development with
remarkably few later additions.
