Mid Victorian. 2-storey and basement semi-detached on corner
site. Coursed rubble, each 1 canted bay, 1-window, and
pilastered doorpiece, with cavetto splay, reversed plans
railed steps, centre shaped chimney gablet, 3-window to Glebe
Crescent, slated, hipped roof, side screen wall on W gable,
1-window, 1-door.
Part of Kings Park Conservation Area group. This area is
an outstanding early to late Victorian villa development with
remarkably few later additions.
