Mid Victorian. Single-storey and attic detached. Ashlar, 2
canted bays and centre pilastered doorpiece with cavetto
splay, railed steps: main cornice and blocking course. 1
modern dormer, gabled slated roof. Screen wall to left raised
as single storey 1-window wing to right, both of channelled
masonry.
Part of Kings Park Conservation Area group. This area is
an outstanding early to late Victorian villa development with
remarkably few later additions.
