Mid Victorian. 2-storey, 3-window rubble-built with raised
quoins, on corner site, canted bay through both floors to
left splayed and corniced doorpiece with numbered keystone, stop-chamfered openings, 2-window gable to Glebe Crescent,
slated, hipped roof.
Part of Kings Park Conservation Area group. The area is
an outstanding early to late Victorian villa development with
remarkably few later additions.
