Description

Circa 1880. 2-storey villa with distinctive moulding and
sculptured detail; symmetrical 3-bay front with full-
height outer canted windows, centre door. Stugged
ashlar, polished dressings, plate glass sashes, frieze
shallow out-set, bracketted deep eaves, end stacks,
piended slate roof, iron-finialed subordinate roofs over
canted bays. Low boundary wall to street, painted ashlar
square gatepiers.
