Description

James Boucher (Boucher and Higgins) 1884. 4-storey, 9-bay classical commercial building with ground floor shops. Pedimented windows at 1st floor, architraved with cornice at 2nd floor, bracketted cornice at 3rd floor; 3rd floor windows set in broad pilasters. Pedestals at parapet.
