J T Rochead, circa 1850. 3-storey, 5-bay classical
building with altered Edwardian shopfronts, flanking
entrance to upper floors. Ashlar, droved to side
elevation. Ground floor fascia forming cill to 1st floor
Doric aedicule windows; shouldered moulded cill course
and architraves to 2nd floor; dentil band, consoled
cornice; die parapet. Short ashlar eastern return to
National Bank Lane.
Formerly an office building. Aedicule windows restored
1987.
