Later 19th century. 2-storey, 5-bay with angled 2-bay section, classical house, at end of terrace. Polished ashlar, deeply channelled to ground; roughly squared and snecked rubble to rear. Base course; band course between ground and 1st floor; cill course to 1st floor; cornice and blocking course.
N (PRINCIPAL) ELEVATION: deep-set Edinburgh panelled door in bay to right; plate glass rectangular fanlight above; window at 1st floor. Windows to remaining bays.
S (REAR) ELEVATION: asymmetrical; round-arched bordered staircase window to left. Extension to right.
Plate glass timber sash and case windows to principal elevation; 12-, and 8-pane timber sash and case windows to rear. Piended slate roof to N, piended slate roof to angled 2-bay section, with gully between. Rendered and coped mutual stack; ashlar shouldered, coped wallhead stack to S.
INTERIOR: not seen, 1994. Shutters still in place and working; cornice still in place to vestibule.
BOUNDARY WALLS: droved ashlar with coping to front.
