Circa 1820. Pair of 2-storey and attic 3-bay terraced houses; panelled doors with rectangular fanlights to centre bays. Stugged ashlar sandstone with polished dressings. Base course; cill courses; cornice and blocking course.
No 108 with later canted bay window at ground; chamfered arrises, cornice and blocking course; pilastered doorcase with fluted frieze and cornice; windows flanking in bays to right. Pair of piend-roofed canted dormers.
No 110 with moulded architrave and bracketed cornice to door; windows flanking in bays to left. Single dormer (as above) to left, velux window to right.
Regular fenestration at 1st floor.
2-bay rubble rear elevations with mutual secondary rendered stack.
Timber sash and case plate glass windows; 4-pane to dormers. Grey slates; coped ashlar stacks; ashlar coped mutual skews to outer flanks.
Low coursed stone wall to front with ashlar saddleback coping.
Part of a continuous terrace; laid out by Robert Burn in 1808. B Group with Nos 106-122 (Even Nos) Newhaven Road (see separate listings).
