Description

George Angus circa 1840-5. 2-storey 3-bay neo-classical villa, ashlar fronted with random-rubble sides and rear.

S ELEVATION: centre Doric pilaster-piered and pedimented door-piece. Ground floor recessed margins. 1st floor band course. Angle piers, band course, main cornice, blocking course.

Rubble-built side elevations with ashlar corniced wallhead stacks.

Piended slate roof. Sash and case windows, 12-pane glazing pattern.

Low boundary walls, to ashlar front, high rubble-built walls to rear.
