Description

David MacKenzie circa 1840. Single-storey and attic, rear later with raised to 2-storey, symmetrical villa, ashlar-fronted with raised quoins, rubble-built sides and rear.

S ELEVATION: single-storey, 3-bay with central pedimented portico on square Doric piers. Flanking windows aproned with pilastered margins and entablature. Main cornice and blocking course.

Gabled and platformed slate roof with gable-end stacks.

Low boundary wall to Dudhope Street, higher wall to Laurel Bank, railing s missing. Square ashlar gatepiers with pyramidal caps.
