with kiln pagoda added late 19th century, all now part of
farm steading - Rubble-built with ashlar dressings, mostly
whitewashed. Built against slope. Tall circular yellow brick
stack to E now isolated. 3-storey S range (one and a half
storeys to W with iron-railed basement area) with cast-iron
columns supporting grain floors; pagoda central on long inner
range; N range gutted and with wide slapping in W gable.
Slate roofs, leaded pagoda with globe finial. Stack is
battered, with flared corbels supporting plain cornice.
House and remainder of steading not included in listing.
Distilleries associated with farms are unusual.
