Plain L-plan mansion dated 1803 on rear elevation, expanded
circa 1890. Late Georgian 2-storey front to south, taller
pavilion bays. Coursed whinstone and droved ashlar blocks,
galletting, eaves band, hipped slate roof, tall stacks.
5-windows, paired to right, solid porch in centre with the
date 1932. Single-storey extension dated 1914 to right
gable-end. One-storey extension in rear angle with
crenellated parapet and 1901 cut into lintel.
