Terrace house. c1780 with C20 alterations.
MATERIALS: Limestone ashlar, concrete tile roof.
PLAN: Narrow, single depth.
EXTERIOR: Three storeys, probably raised from two, two-bay house and basement. Sash windows, twelve-pane to plain reveals to attic, above twelve-pane in plat raised surrounds with moulded outer edge, and similar twelve-pane to ground floor, with fielded six-panel door to left with similar surround and floating cornice. Plinth, platband at first floor, and moulded cornice below attic. To right high coped gable with deep stack to former party wall, and to left property crudely toothed to adjacent No.88 (qv). Rear in single bay. Across front are iron railings, alternately hooped and straight on coped wall, with pair of square piers to left, and single to right, returned to front by dwarf wall.
