House and shop, formerly bakery. Early C19, substantially
restored 1976 by Worcester Building Preservation Trust. Red
brick in Flemish bond. Plain tile roof with painted brick
dogtooth eaves and brick ridge stack.
EXTERIOR: 3 storeys; single-window range. 8/8 sashes, that on
1st floor with segmental brick arch. Ground floor: bracketed
C20 hood over partly-renewed, remodelled, bow shop-window with
small-pane glazing and, on right, moulded doorcase with
overlight and part-glazed C20 door.
INTERIOR: not inspected.
A substantially complete C19 facade which retains the scale
of, and makes a significant contribution towards, contemporary
properties on this street.
