Mill house, now partly offices. Early C19 with later
alterations. Mostly red brick in Flemish bond. Hipped
Welsh-slate roof with brick dentilled eaves and 2 brick
off-ridge stacks.
EXTERIOR: 3 storeys and cellar; 3-window range. Windows are
plate glass horned sashes with painted reveals and painted
channelled voussoirs, keystones and sills, the openings
smaller on 2nd floor. Ground floor: 2 windows flanking central
doorcase which has wooden pilasters on stone plinths, open
dentilled pediment, fanlight with radial glazing bars, 6-panel
door, and stone step. Right return has three plate glass
sashes and a 2-storey wing with two 12-pane sashes.
Left return, facing Bridge Street, has 3 bricked-up windows
with painted channelled voussoirs, keystones, and sills.
