House. Late C18/early C19. Red brick in Flemish bond. Welsh
slate roof with 2 brick end stacks and hipped tiled roof to
rear wing.
EXTERIOR: 3 storeys and cellar; 2-window range. Painted eaves
cornice, sill bands and plinth. On 2nd floor, a 3/6 horned
sash on left and two boxed horned plate glass sashes. To right
on 1st and ground floors, a 2-storey canted bay-window with
4/4:6/6:4/4 sashes, cornice, flat leaded roof, and cellar
grille below. On first floor to left, a further 6/6 boxed sash
with brick flat arch and painted keystone. On ground floor to
left, doorcase has wooden architrave with pilasters and
enriched cornice, 3-pane overlight, 6-panel door, and stone
step. Dentilled eaves to rear elevation and right return.
