Cottage. Early C18 with early C19 and mid C20 alterations.
Whitewashed rubble with pantile roof, half-hipped to road, and
end brick stack.
PLAN: double-depth plan.
EXTERIOR: 2-storey; 3-window range set at right-angles to road
and below road level. Symmetrical south front with central
door. All windows are early C19 2-light wooden casements with
sills. Mid C20 multi-paned door in plain recess.
INTERIOR: not inspected.
Forms a group with Nos 2, 3 and 4 (Mill Cottages).
